If families and neighbors shared memberships, our revenue would be severely reduced and we would have little choice but to raise our prices. No, our memberships are for specific named adults and are non-transferable. If you need to change a name, you may renew your membership early. (We will extend the expiration date, so you won’t “lose” any time.) Children are included with your family, grandparent or zookeeper membership as long as they are under 18 and live in the same household.

Your children will be admitted free. It’s best if the adult accompanying them (caregiver, grandparent, neighbor, etc) can bring a copy of your membership card; however, we can look up the membership if necessary. The adults themselves will need to be members or pay general admission. A flexible option for some families is our Zookeeper membership ($75), which includes four one-day admission tickets that can be used by anyone not on your family membership.

A picture ID is required when purchasing a membership or requesting a replacement card. We also frequently spot-check IDs, so it’s best to be prepared and carry one with you into the Zoo. This prevents transfer of membership benefits to non-members and lost cards from being used by others.

How does COVID-19 impact my membership?
Membership materials will be mailed or sent digitally via email. Picking up items at the front gate is not available. Tram service is suspended until further notice.
* Behind the Scenes Tours (Curator/Director level) are suspended for the remainder of 2020.

* Timed reservations are required for general admission and events. To reserve Etickets online go to meskerparkzoo.com and sign in with your username and password you created when you registered. This will link your reservations to your membership to receive free general admission. If you experience any problems reserving Etickets online, please wait until tomorrow to reserve tickets to allow the system to process your registration. Membership Covid-19 Extension Policy: We understand that people who have memberships may have questions regarding the Zoo’s Covid-19 related closure. Any current Zoo members as of March 14, 2020 to June 13, 2020 membership expiration dates were extended for the length of the closure. If you purchased a membership while we were closed, your membership was activated on or after June 13, 2020.
